ABOUT OUR CALIBRATION LAB TO ENSURE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE, ALL TECHNOLOGY USED FOR CALIBRATION MUST OPERATE IN A CONTAMINATION-FREE ENVIRONMENT.

THE ITS CALIBRATION LAB TEMPERATURE IS MAINTAINED AT 20 C ± 1 C WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY CONTROLLED BETWEEN 40% AND 50%.

CLEAN ROOM ACCESS IS CONTROLLED BY AN AIRLOCK UTILIZING POSITIVE PRESSURE TO PREVENT THE ENTRANCE OF OUTSIDE AIR.

The Pressure Calibration Laboratories are equipped with advanced calibrators, controllers, digital gauges, and pumps, designed for the precise calibration of devices such as transducers, transmitters, switches, and indicators. The facility supports both pneumatic and hydraulic testing applications, capable of handling absolute, gauge, and differential pressure measurements. Additionally, on-site calibration services are available to meet client requirements.

  • FORCE LAB

Calibration is carried out for both compression and tension forces. Force instruments are also calibrated with high precision using dead weights.

  • MASS / WEIGHT

We specialize in in-laboratory calibration for weights up to 50 kg and offer on-site calibration services for scales and weight bridges. Our services are designed to meet commercial calibration needs and are accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

  • PRESSURE RELIFE VALVE

Our skilled technicians specialize in the calibration and refurbishment of pressure safety relief valves, including conventional threaded and pilot-operated types, guaranteeing precision and dependability in accordance with the customer’s required set pressure.

  • THREAD CALIBRATION MACHINE

I.T.S. utilizes a fully automated measurement machine that operates independently, without human involvement. This machine accurately measures all thread parameters per pitch in less than two minutes, comparing the results with built-in thread standards. It automatically generates a comprehensive measurement report, reducing human error and enhancing the efficiency, quality, consistency, and accuracy of the results. The machine meets traceability requirements and complies with the ISO/EC 17025:2017 standard.

PIPELINE AND PRESSURE VESSEL INSPECTION

PRESSURE TEST CAPABILITIES

The Hydrostatic Test and Gas Test Facility holds accreditation from the Saudi Accreditation Center for operations up to 25,000 PSI. Our team of inspectors is thoroughly trained, and all documentation is in strict accordance with ISO 17020:2012 standards.

We provide Level II qualified inspectors and SAAC-accredited non-destructive testing services, including Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Dye Penetrant Testing.

This process utilizes abrasive blasting to remove rust and damaged coatings, employing various grits to achieve the specified surface roughness, thereby ensuring the appropriate surface preparation for coating applications in alignment with client specifications.

Post-welding stress relieving can be carried out using a localized heat treating unit or a stress relieving oven with a capacity of 50 cubic meters.
